Your questions answered

Where are Deleata Z aerial hoop classes in Coventry?

Thursday classes are at Cheylesmore Community Centre, 111 Arundel Road, Coventry, CV3 5JL. Sunday classes and Solo Focus sessions are at Daimler Powerhouse, Unit 4 Sandy Lane Business Park, Sandy Lane, Coventry, CV1 4DQ.

Do I need experience to join an adult aerial hoop class?

No. All Levels Aerial is designed for every body and every level, and you move at your own pace with supportive teaching.

How old do you have to be?

Adult classes are for ages 18 and over. Hoopsters is for children aged 7 to 16. Solo Focus one-to-one sessions are available for adults and children.

How do I book a class?

Create a free account in the Deleata Z app with the email you use to pay, buy a class or membership, then pick your class and tap Book. Credits usually appear within about 5 minutes of paying.

How much does a class cost?

Single classes cost £11 (Hoopsters), £13 (Adult Prep) or £16 (Adult Aerial). Monthly memberships start at £36.

Can I cancel a membership?

Yes, at any time, in the app under Credits and payments. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep the classes you have already paid for until the end of that month.

Can I cancel a class and get my credit back?

Yes. Cancel at least 11 hours before the class and your credit is returned automatically. Later cancellations are looked at case by case.

What if a class is full?

Join the waitlist in the app. If a place opens, you are offered it with a time limit to accept, and a credit is only used if you accept.

How big are the classes?

Thursday classes have up to 12 places and Sunday group classes up to 18.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear fitted sportswear or a T-shirt that can be tucked in, with leggings or close-fitting joggers (double up if you bruise easily). Use socks or bare feet on the hoop; trainers are fine for warm-ups. Tie long hair back, remove jewellery, and always bring a water bottle. Layers can help you feel more comfortable when you are first getting used to the hoop.

How long are classes?

Empower, Stretch and Flex and Hoopsters are 45 minutes. All Levels Aerial and Flow State are 1 hour. Solo Focus sessions are 1 hour.

How should I prepare for class?

Avoid heavy upper body workouts the day before, eat a light meal or snack 60 to 90 minutes before, and arrive a few minutes early so you are ready to warm up. Listen to your body and rest when you need to.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Tell us before class, so we can support you properly. Your safety is always the priority.

Where can I park?

Message us on 07790916799 or [email protected] and we'll tell you the best place to park and how to find the entrance.

Do I need to fill in a health form?

Yes. A short PAR-Q health questionnaire is needed before your first class and renewed every 6 months. Children's forms are completed by a parent or guardian. You can hand it in at class or send it to us.

Do you take photos in class?

Only with permission. When you sign up, you choose whether photos can be taken and whether they can be shared on social media, and you can change your answer at any time.

Is hands-on help part of teaching?

Sometimes an instructor may need to touch a hand, shoulder or knee to keep you safe or guide you into position. You tell us whether this is OK for you when you sign up.
